1. Answer your calls or return them in a timely manner. We’re a small business and we have to wear a lot of hats. We are answering phones, pressure washing homes and businesses, doing maintenance, and helping our clients. Because of this we might not answer right away, but we WILL return your call as soon as humanly possible.

2. Show up for our appointments on time, and be prepared to handle your concerns. We have families and businesses ourselves, so we understand how tight your schedule can be. Being 15 minutes late might not seem like much to some pressure washing companies, but to us we know it can mean a missed soccer game, a delayed conference call, or the aggravation of having to re-schedule. Don’t worry. We’ll get it right the first time!

3. Be professional, presentable, and courteous. We’re proud of our company and it shows in the way we dress, speak, and conduct ourselves in the field. You don’t have to worry about your kids learning “new words” or habits from us.

4. Maintain the appropriate licenses and insurance to make sure that you are covered in all circumstances. We don’t expect to have an issue, but if it were to ever happen you know that we have the proper coverage. You just want your pressure washing to be done without having to lose sleep and that’s why we make sure we’re all covered.

5. Answer your questions and explain the process to you so that you know your home or business will be taken care of. 6. Always do what’s best for you and your property. “Pressure washing” can be a misleading phrase. While we have top level pressure washing equipment, high pressure can cause irreversible damage to your property if used incorrectly. We use a low pressure “soft wash” in most cases in which we use the appropriate detergents and solvents to clean your property. Rather than just blasting away with high pressure which can damage wood, vinyl, stucco, and roofing materials, we use a very specific process to make sure the job is done correctly without causing damage.
